CHRISTINA F. KOUNTOURI

Christina F. Kountouri is a barrister at the Supreme Court. In 1985, she founded our law firm, specialising in civil and commercial law.

She is a graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. From 2014 to 2017, she served as General Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Athens Bar Association.


He is a member of the Special Court established under Articles 99 and 88(2) of the Constitution (the Salary Tribunal and the Tribunal for Judicial Misconduct) and a member of the Supreme Disciplinary Council of Lawyers.


He is also a Member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Human Rights of European Lawyers (Institut de Droits de l’homme des Avocats Européens, IDHAE) and of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE) on the committees for: a) Access to Justice, b) Human Rights and c) European Conventions.


She is an Accredited Mediator (Y.D.D.A.D.), a member of the European Organisation for Mediation and Arbitration (EODIA) and a founding member of the InMedio Association of Mediators, having conducted a large number of mediations, particularly in the fields of commercial, property and family law.


In addition to Greek, she speaks English, French and Russian.

PETROS K. KARACHRISTOU

Petros K. Karachristou is a graduate of the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace.

With extensive experience and a decade of specialisation in cases relating to immigration and asylum law, he handles, amongst other things, cases concerning residence permits and citizenship.


He is a member of the Association of Immigration and Asylum Law and the Association of Criminal Lawyers and Litigators.


Due to his specialisation in the field of Immigration Law, he has been an active member of the Immigration and Asylum Committee since 2015 and, to the present day, in the Immigration and Citizenship Committee of the Athens Bar Association.


She speaks English as well as Greek.

IOANNIS K. PAPANAGIOTOU

Ioannis K. Papanagiotou is a graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a barrister at the Supreme Court.

He has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2008.


He has extensive experience and expertise in Commercial Law. He acts as legal counsel to businesses across the full spectrum of company law, corporate governance, private and public contracts, etc., as well as in areas of criminal law relevant to the above.


He speaks English as well as Greek.

MARIA K. TSOUNA

Maria K. Tsouna is a graduate of the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace, holds a postgraduate degree from the Institute of European Studies at the University of Brussels in the field of European Law, and is a member of the Patras Bar Association.

She practises general law at both the litigation and advisory levels.


She has extensive knowledge of civil, criminal, commercial and administrative law, specialising in tax and economic law, as well as competition law. She has served as Legal Adviser to the former Workers’ Housing Organisation and the Agricultural Bank of Greece.

MARIANNA S. PELTEKI

Marianna S. Pelteki is a graduate of the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace and has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2015.

She specialises in criminal law, with court experience at all levels of jurisdiction.


She acts as legal counsel to companies and individuals in matters relating to property management and development (Real Estate), providing both out-of-court (advisory, opinions) and in-court legal services.


She speaks English as well as Greek.

ANASTASIA N. ZACHARAKI

Anastasia N. Zacharaki is a graduate of the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, having spent a semester studying through the Erasmus+ programme at the Law School of Maastricht University in the Netherlands.

She holds a Master’s degree in ‘Private International Law, International Trade Law and Comparative Legal Studies’ from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, specialising in ‘Private International Law & International Trade Law’, and has also successfully completed online courses run by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) on the registration of the European Union trade mark (EUTM), intellectual property rights (IP Rights) and the protection of registered Community designs (RCD) in the European Union.


She practises general law in both litigation and advisory capacities and specialises in civil law and land registry matters.

ANGELIKI V. PLATI

Angeliki V. Plati graduated from the University of Lille II (France) in 1998 and holds a degree from the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace.

She holds a postgraduate degree in European law from King’s College London, whilst also being a PhD candidate in Law at the Department of Public Administration of Panteion University of Athens.


She has been a certified mediator since 2017. She is a member of the European Organisation for Mediation and Arbitration (EOMID), the Hellenic Centre for Alternative Resolution of Financial Disputes (EKEEXD), and ADR Point. She has served as a judge at the INADR International Law School Mediation Tournament in Athens, Greece.


She specialises in the field of Social Security and Pension Law and serves as an advisor to the Athens Bar Association on social security matters.

ELENI PAPADAKI

Eleni Papadaki is a graduate of the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a member of the Rethymno Bar Association in Crete.

She practises general law, specialising in commercial and civil law and land registry matters, with extensive experience in these fields.


She has been legal counsel to the Public Power Corporation (PPC) in Rethymno since 1992 and currently to HEDNO S.A., having handled a wide range of the company’s civil and criminal cases.


She has also worked with PROBANK for a number of years and has served as a representative of the Rethymno Bar Association on the Society for the Protection of Minors.


She is a member of the Disciplinary Council of Lawyers (Court of Appeal of Crete).

Panagiota I. Vorgia is a graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, a barrister at the Supreme Court, and a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2006.

Nikolaos A. Manolesakis is a graduate of the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace and a member of the Rethymno Bar Association.

He holds a Master’s degree in ‘International and European Energy Law’ from the Democritus University of Thrace, as well as a Master’s degree “Criminal Law and Addictions” from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.


He practises in the fields of Criminal, Civil and Commercial Law. He is an external associate and lawyer for PPC S.A., as well as Legal Adviser to the Rethymno Chamber of Commerce.

EVI TSEKOURA

Evi Tsekoura is a solicitor practising in Athens. She is a graduate of the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace and holds a postgraduate degree in Art Law and Art Management from the International University of Greece.

She is a PhD candidate in the field of Civil Procedure and International Arbitration, specialising in arbitration in disputes concerning cultural heritage and intellectual property (Democritus University of Thrace).


She has taught Civil and Commercial Law at ICBS Athens International College. She has published contributions to legal texts and dictionaries on Comparative Law, academic papers and articles, and has participated as a speaker in seminars focusing in particular on Intellectual Property Law, cultural heritage law and the protection of personal data.

SOTIRIOS PANAGIOTOPOULOS

Financial Mediator / Business Consultant

With experience dating back to 2007, he specialises in the management of personal and corporate debt and in debt settlement through the Out-of-Court Debt Settlement Mechanism, undertaking the overall preparation, assessment and submission of applications, as well as the formulation of substantiated restructuring proposals.


Provides financial and advisory services, including:
