Welcome to the website of the law firm KOUNTOURI- PELTEKI & ASSOCIATES, renowned for providing responsible and reliable legal services.

Our firm was founded in 1985, specialising in Civil and Commercial Law, by Christina Kountouri, a barrister at the Supreme Court. Ms Kountouri also heads our firm’s Mediation Department, supported by highly experienced and specially trained Associates-Mediators in each field.

For us at the law firm Kountouri – Pelteki & Associates, every case is unique and is handled with diligence and particular care.

With excellent academic training, experience and professional integrity, we tackle every legal challenge with the aim of providing our clients with comprehensive legal protection and ensuring the best possible outcome for every case we undertake.

Our company has a network of notaries, bailiffs and surveyors throughout Greece, ensuring that we can fully address all our clients’ cases. Our firm also operates a specialist department providing legal services for private debt matters.

Christina F. Kountouri is a graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. From 2014 to 2017, she served as General Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Athens Bar Association.

She is a Member of the Special Court under Articles 99 and 88(2) of the Constitution (Salary Tribunal and Court of Judicial Review) and a Member of the Supreme Disciplinary Council of Lawyers.

He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Human Rights of European Lawyers (Institut de Droits de l’homme des Avocats Européens, IDHAE) and of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE) on the committees for: a) Access to Justice, b) Human Rights and c) European Conventions.

She is an Accredited Mediator (Y.D.D.A.D.), a member of the European Organisation for Mediation and Arbitration (EODIA) and a founding member of the InMedio Association of Mediators, having conducted a large number of mediations, particularly in the fields of Commercial, Property and Family Law.

In addition to Greek, he speaks English, French and Russian.
